A great house in an ideal location for a week by the beach.
The property was clean and well furnished, with everything you could need for a week away.


Local coffee shop Goat was a favourite, along with Billy’s On The Beach. Short drive to both East and West Wittering (though East is easily walkable) with lots of places to eat or grab a drink in both location.
Information provided by the host was clear and very helpful; would definitely recommend!

Tastefully decorated holiday place, a bit quirky, practical and comfortable for a family and a dog. It is so nice to be able to just walk directly to the beach. There is no convenience shop nearby however the location has a handful of decent eateries around. We particularly liked the wood fired pizza at the Goat.

What an amazing property and location. We have just returned from 6 nights (4 adults and 4 kids) and the space inside was amazing (especially as we had a couple of poor weather days). The rooms are all good size, the property is very clean and the decor is really well done and modern which is perfect for a holiday home.

We spent a lot of the days out, but the evenings we played games at the kitchen table whilst listening to music and having some drinks......very comfortable!

The communication with the team from pre-booking to post-booking was first rate (we had questions about local restaurants etc). There is also a welcome booklet when you arrive with suggestions for things to do, restaurants to eat at and/or get a takeaway. This property is ON the beach which the kids loved, and we had a day in East Wittering (5 mins drive), and 2 days at West Wittering (10 mins drive). Going out for dinner options within walking distance and Tesco Express is local as well.

Everything you need within a rental home is provided (iron, blender (I make daily smoothies), washer/dryer, airer, fridge and freezer, all kitchen bits inc glassware)...plenty of hot water and you cannot hear the neighbours. 5 Star rating!
